Insander has secured documents proving that Esat Kelmendi has been paid in large figure for hire and additions. Most of the labours for the secretary have been separated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FIM) over the past year, documents show.
Kelmendi has accepted wages worth up to 1,000 euros.
In May and June last year, through two commitments, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FIM) allocated over a thousand and 500 euros in addition to Secretary Kelmendi. The tools, according to the decision, were divided based on “all activities of the Institute of the Faculty of Mechanical Inveteracy and the FIM's prodeciman report”.
Meanwhile, in the wealth declaration at the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK) for 2018, Esat Kelmendi has declared he benefits 18 thousand euros in annual salaries, including additions.
About 4 thousand euros, declared by Kelmendi at the Anti-Corruption Agency, is believed to have benefited from the wages and additions.
Insander has reported this year even on the large wages that benefit Pristina University Rector (UP), Marjan Dema.
So Esat Kelmendi has filed a criminal complaint last year, after allegedly involved in the suspicious graduation of a student at the Education School. Insander reported this case in July of this year.
Professor Valbona Berisha, who has set up this criminal outcry to Kelmendi, Rector Marjan Dema and two other officials, claims they have committed the criminal act of “oversumption of criminal acts or their perpetrators”. /Insider. com
