Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reacted to last night's attack on a bus of Kosovo travellers in Krushevc, Serbia, and calls on official Belgrade to clear up the circumstances and bring to justice the perpetrators of this work.
The MPJ in this case expresses reasonable concern about the repetition and frequency of cases already turned into phenomena of systematic-democratic barriers and the most harsh physical attacks on the means of transport of the Republic of Kosovo and its citizens, who are exploiting the territory of the state of Serbia as the transatrosion to other European states.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo estimates that such actions, which create tortures of travellers, whether in Serbia or Kosovo, should be strictly punished.
“Automotive penning and firing them with solid things endanger the lives of travelers. We expect, in this case, that law against the authors of this delta will be moved to Serbia. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo like those of Serbia must move freely, without fear, wherever they are”, the MPJ statement said.
Remembering that free and unimpeded movement is the fundamental principle of the EU and the stated institutional commitment by representatives of the neighbouring state for full normalisation of relations between two independent and sovereign states, MPJ also calls on EU representatives as mediators in dialogue between the two states to ask Serbia to respect freedom of movement.
Otherwise, a bus from Kosovo has been stoned on Monday evening in Krushevc, Serbia, with cerrast breaking its front mosque.
