Kosovo police have said since 2016 that the case has been initiated, but so far there is no decision to start investigations. Since then, three prosecutors have been changed.
None of the prosecutors who have had this case have made a decision to start investigations. All the prosecution's got in this case is that they issued authorization for interviewing some people.
