Veterans from the Dukagjini region days earlier had protested before the Court of Justice in Pristina in defense of the values of war and the dignity of the KLA fighters, where they had warned that unless their demands are met by tomorrow, they would organise non-peaceful protests.
Instead of protests, however, the following days they will take two actions.
The veterans of the Dukagjin region days ago three requests that the Constitutional Court begin investigating who is guilty who illegally published personal data. To dismiss the indictment for veterans as well as the proquiorita to apologise for damaging the integrity of war veterans.
Annie why their demands would have to be met by October 8th, they through a media communique have announced that tomorrow they will send a letter to Chief Prosecutor Lumez, where they will be required as far as the investigation has reached the dawn of the guilty who illegally published the lists in the media.
As a second move, the OVL KLA offices in Dukagjin will be open to all fighters indiscriminately the area and brigades, where they would support the drafting of the indictment for insulting dignity and illegal publishing of personal data.
The indictments according to this branch will begin from Thursday, October 11th.
However, they have not ruled out the possibility of protests, where they have announced it would depend on communication they will have with the State Prosecutor and their readiness to reflect.
But their decisions are not even being supported by the center.
In a conversation with Kosovo Press, O deputy chairman VL KLA, Nasim Haradinaj, has stressed that they will not support such protests, as he has called regional and partyy.
“We do not support from the beginning, these local initiatives at any moment, it is the organisation of war veterans who have representatives of these organisations, there are no representatives and the council of directors who have not supported these protests since the beginning. Never does a branch decide for the centre or for the whole of Kosovo whether to protest or not to protest is the centre and leadership council making those decisions, and much less we do not support local and regional initiatives”, Press Haradinaj declared.
Regarding whether they will organise as a centre of any protest, he said they are not for ultimatum.
We've asked for the answer from what was published, and we're not about ultimatums, we don't give ultimatums and we don't support anyone in the ultimatum. I believe that the Court and the relevant institutions are doing their jobs, I believe they will continue with”, Haradinaj added.
In terms of statements by the heads of state concerning the number of war veterans in Kosovo, Haradinaj said that from the very beginning they have contradicted themselves, where they have mentioned figures that have varied.
