The Constitutional Court in Pristina has turned fraud into veterans' lists for improvement and clarification to the Special Prosecutor.
The Act, set up by Special Prosecutor to Agim Ceku as chairman of the government commission for verifying veteran status and 11 other indictees, has returned to the prosecution's hands. As Pristina's Foundation Court announces, improvements and clarifications were required by the Special Prosecutor.
The reason for the return of the indictment according to the Speaker of the Judicial Chamber falls because the device of the indictment in the actual part of the criminal work is confused and as such does not allow for access to fair prosecution without procrastination and numerous obstacles of this process”, the Foundation Court reported.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina reports that regarding the indictment filed against defendants A. C, N.L., S.H., S.D., Q.G., U.S., A.D., R.B., F.F., S. E. S. and J. J for criminal work by Article 422 paragraph 1, regarding KPK's Article 31, accepted at the 1409.2018 Court after the assessment of the head of the Judicial Chamber, which is in charge of the subject, is set to turn the indictment into improvement and special prosecutorial clarification of the Republic of Kosovo's Republic of Kosovo, because the same has not been compiled in Article 241 paragraph 1,1 of the KPP, as well as reasons have been given regarding the annulment hearing for the provisional provision of the provisional provisional provision for the judicial provision.
