Which bet would the Democratic Party always win, according to Edi Rama

Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, inaugurated the Democratic Party in the Parliament when, talking about bets, he said the Democratic Party would always win at a given bet.

“Bast whoever slanders the most in the time unit. That's the bet the PD would always win. There would be no goals, no choir and penalty in Malaysia that would compete with DP's libel”, the head of government said. / TCh/
