The news has confirmed for Koha.net Arber Jashari, spokesperson for the Court, who has added that the parties will make the decision soon through the first-degree court.
The prosecution's body addressed the second instance with complaints against the Constitutional Court's decision, which in March of this year has acquitted Krasniqi of all charges.
Krasniqi was charged with criminal acts “in carrying out terrorist activities”, “incite hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience” and the “mangie work from the tax”.
