The Court of Appeals, in Pristina, in the PAKR.r.151/2018 course, delivered on the 2409.2018 date, received the Act, which denies the Special Prosecutor's complaint of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by EULEX prosecutor Najgerzo Valeria Bolici, confirming the Act of Gjilan Foundation Court, reports the statement.
Dobrosin's case, charged by the highly controversial Prosecutor Maurizio Salustro, allegedly attacked the Serbian police and gendarmerie in the village of Dobrosin of the Bujanoc municipality, several times during 2012,E 17.05.2012; 28,06.2012;07.10,2012).
The Constitutional Court in Gjilan, in the course they were declared guilty, had, in part, been confirmed by the Court of Appeals in Pristina on the subject.
However, the Supreme Court turns the case into retrial by declaring them innocent of the charges on which they were convicted.
