Through a statement, the Turkish Army has said that the operation is under the legal acts of the United Nations, or Article 51. to respect Syria's territorial integrity statute, state agency “Anadolu” announced.
Military operation has targeted terrorists' shelters, positions, weapons and military equipment. Preliminary measures have been taken to prevent the destruction of civilians and innocents in the operation.
The Turkish agency also reported that the number of Turkish victims rose to three after a soldier was killed during clashes with militants during the operation. A soldier, however, has been wounded during the clashes.
