Klitz, who is currently retired, has said the defence agency needs changes and development of new nuclear capacities that the Trump administration has described.
In a draft published by the <x0.>Huffington Post” appointed as the revision of the Nuclear Station, the Department of Trump Protection has warned to increase its reserves of so-called low “ ” that is contrary to the nuclear treaty for nonproliferation of these weapons with Russia, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
This draft forces the Pentagon to develop ballistic missiles launched by submarines and new nuclear launch missiles, in which the agency seeks to develop completely new heads.
However, Kltz said the agency has no resources for the programme.
“We are very capable of capacity as far as human side is concerned, although there is a need for many more. We're also very good at material capacity that should work even harder in this direction. And much more in the capacity of the day's clock aspect to do the job,” said in an exclusive interview published Tuesday.
