The Court of Appeals has urgently scheduled a court hearing where complaints to the Vetevendosje activists' decision accused of attacking the assembly will be addressed.
KA LLXO.com learns that the session is scheduled by February 22nd just two months after the Pristina Constitutional Court issued its written judgment regarding the case.
By the act of basic court, At and Arifi has been sentenced to 6 years in prison, Frasher Krasniqi to 8 years, Egzon Haliti to 5 and a half years, while Adea Batusha to 2 years in prison.
They have been convicted of the prosecution of the attack in the Parliament and sentenced to a total of 21 years and 6 months in prison.
