Green Carton is a certificate issued by a security company that is a member of the National Bureau, which is a member of the Bureau's Council.
The international auto insurance system managed by the Council of Bureaus through green cartons is an international agreement between authorities and the insurance institutions, which provides protection of policykeepers from damage to road accidents caused by visiting vehicles.
The BQK from social networks has noted that some people, unauthorized and unlicensed on the part of the CEC, exercise mediating activities in illegal insurance, engaging in the sale of green cardboard. Furthermore, no security company, equipped with license from the CEC, and no physical or foreign law person, has the right to sell such a product in Kosovo, until the Kosovo Security Bureau becomes a member of the Bureau's Council, or without the permission of the Council of Bureaus and BQ”, is said in the communiqué issued by the BQ.
Based on Law No. 03L-209 for the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, The CEC is responsible for licensing, overhauling and overseeing the insurance sector in Kosovo.
“also, based on Law No. 05L-045 for Insurance, the CEC under this law has exclusive responsibility for the licensing, monitoring and regulation of security providers and mediators, as well as other subjects that exercise activities envisioned by this law. The Law on Insurance specified that: “no person can handle insurance, insurance, insurance mediation or other activities, which are required to be licensed and approved by this law, without license or approval issued by the BQCC under the provisions of this law” and “no person can use the word “ “=5x>, “regurm”, “security> under this <x>
It further says that as many times as it has been communicated in the past, the Kosovo Security Bureau is still not a member of the Bureau Council, therefore no provider in Kosovo has the right to sell green cardboard.
The BQK reports that buying green cardboard from unlicensed persons is at risk, until no institution monitors and controls these people, and in case of any conflict or causes any losses, the CQ cannot take any responsibility in this regard. /I. Shaban/
