Nureddin Lushtaku faces Sami Lushtaku after the PDK crash in Skenderaj

Former Kosovo Democratic Party President Nuredin Lushtaku has openly come out against the PDK branch president's recent decisions in Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku, after he expelled several officials from the party, including MP Bekim Hadziu.

Nuredin Lushtaku through a long letter has explained all the problems created in this important party branch.

He has even saved the person ( Sami Lushtaku v.j.) who made the decision for exemption. The decisions taken are non-valide because they are out of the judiciary, anti-religious, peripheral, and as such are invalid”, he wrote.

Honored governing structures, sympathetic members, PDK voters.

After some situations and falsehoods issued by a group of members of the leadership, I feel obligated that in the quality of the PDK branch member in Skenderaj to provide some clarifications for broad opinion.

My mandate as an MP has ended in May 2017 with the dissolution of the Kosovo Assembly, me and all members of the chairmanship have continued to carry out our duty in the ongoing two electoral and local processes, and after that, according to the KD and the PDK's decision until the organisation of domestic elections.

Because my mandate has a direct source of the people's votes, and it doesn't depend on the ad hoc moods and interpretations of the tools of certain groups.

Like Bekim Haxhiu and I to the task force meeting, many other officials in the leadership have not been invited (Blerta Deliu, Fadil Beka, Elheme Hetemi, and so on), some have been invited an hour before the meeting without order to miss the meeting.

Hence, decisions made are not valid because they are out - of - law, anti - statuteic, peripheral, and such as these are worthless.

I suggest that after the October 22nd elections, the Party's Headship in Skenderaj has never met to discuss, the leader, the parliamentary group's chief and committee members at the assembly. The interpretation that the election list carrier vote is a leading vote is absurd, because on many electoral lists the owner of the list has also been a candidate for chairman, some of them have then assumed executive positions, etc.

Therefore, in the absence of the chairmanship's collection and co-ordination, with the blame of the top group, there was no position of PDK assemblyists.

Based on this and the principles of the main leadership for party reform, of giving the new framework and women space, I as a member of the chairmanship and deputy chairman of the Skenderaj municipality, together with 11 PDK assemblies, have backed Fatbarde Halit for chairmanship of the assembly, which has received even greater support, which is to be considered for a cooperative spirit.

So there is no violation of the chief's decision, but there is a principle in the interest of Skenderaj, not of a group of serviles and profiterones, who have been puffed up like flies.

Why has the disfellowshipped mentality task force singled out only 7 asamps from 11 of the PDK that voted for Fatbarde Halit, I don't understand!

But if they thought that with this differential and informative method, it's a favour for themselves and their group, it's a mistake.

That logic has led him. The PDK in Skenderaj has been having organizational problems and co-operation with each other for several years, indicates the fact that from the 2013 internal elections The Lead Council in Skenderaj has never gathered. Given the presence of KD members of the Skenderaj PDK who have been ignored for 5 years, the first possible meeting of this council would be completely dismissed as PDK branch leadership in Skenderaj.

The very organisation of subs and sections to maintain the spirit of unity, against disfellowshipped logic, testifies that the PDK in Skenderaj will rise above certain interest groups.
