Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica during his visit to the premises of this association said such an agreement has been a moral and legal duty in order for this category to enjoy better lives.
He pledged to be in service to all Kosovo citizens indiscriminately, and that this agreement, according to him, aims at people with Down Syndrome bringing closer to the labour market.
The project has to enable us as minister through professional skills centres to enable these categories and our citizens to be as close to the labour market as possible through professional training so that in the professional education centres within the Labour and Social Management that we are aiming at will be in service to these categories that those citizens of our citizens can get as close to the” market, he said.
