Former Minister Bajram calls oil control illegal by private operators

Contrary to the Law on Conformity and the Customs Code of Kosovo, he has considered former Minister of Trade and Industry Hykmete Bajrami the warnings of the current leader of this same ministry, Bajram Hasani, to restore competencies to control oil quality at the border, writes Koha Ditore today. MTI last year has surpassed the competencies for controlling Kosovo customs oil. But this practice, according to former minister Bajrami, seems to be of no use to the current government and that it is now trying to restore competencies to the ministry.
“We consider it to be illegal and is contrary to the Law on Conformity and in opposition to the Kosovo Customs Code. As we consider that state institutions should control the quality of oil, rather than private operators”, Bajrami stressed... The Koha Ditore affair can be read online.
