Dagan Mirena has said behind the camera, that the collapse of houses is being done incorrectly, because some homeowners still haven't signed the drilling contracts and are breaking down houses yet without using their 30-day legal complaints.
He added that today KEK has ruined those owners' homes yet without taking the deadline for complaints. Mirena said they have to consistently counter the collapse of homes until the demands are met.
After the resistance, police have been assisting KEK employees with the collapse of the first houses near KEK excavators for coal.
While the director of the Kosovo Energy Corporation, Arben Djukaj, said today the first houses to be destroyed following reaching an agreement with residents days earlier in Shippitulla.
The homes of those owners who have made contracts for expropriation have been destroyed. According to my information, there has been no resistance today with the residents of the Shipitula village. The housing collapse event would continue in the coming days, for those houses that have signed contracts for compensation”, Djukaj said.
Otherwise, the government had reached an agreement with residents of the villages of Shippitula and Hade, in the municipality of Obilic in September last year, on the issue of expropriating the most coal property that are necessary for providing Kosovo with electricity through the Kosovo Energy Corporation. /I.
