In this parcel, there are many actual owners who surrounded the land and built houses without permission, buying these lands from a person who was not a legitimate owner. However, this has not prevented these parties from doing property trading, which then created problems, which still cannot be solved.
As accused of usurping property from legitimate owners, Vesel Ismaili, judge of the Foundation Court in Pristina, also appears.
Wessel said that the 4th gold parcel where he built the house, bought it from his nephew Driton Peci, where he even introduces a contract that has never been proven by the Court.
I bought it from my grandson, Driton Peci, in 2009, of four golds. The request for legalisation of the house says it did but has not yet received an answer, and according to him at the time he built the house, no building permit has been asked and says there was no obstacle from anyone. During his interview, the judge, among other things, says that despite having no property contract, he does not feel like an usurpor.
