A day earlier, Anti-corruption has ruled that top public officials -- prime minister, deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers -- who have voted this decision, “ -- have acted contrary to the Law to preventing the conflict of interest, namely, in the conflict of interest “in case”, the specific provisions regulating the “limits forbidden to the high official, as well as most of the provisions that define “action and non-action of the high public official (4)>.
It is stressed that the Agency has not addressed this case in terms of the competence of the Government of Kosovo, right or not to raise salaries for that sector.
