Germany's Foreign Ministry during yesterday warned its citizens that they must avoid moves in the north, as the situation is tense.
The “Situate in northern Kosovo remains tense”, the ministry said in a statement.
And by alluding to these statements, Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin threatened, saying the Serbian Army is monitoring the situation in northern Kosovo.
He even stressed that Serbian services have confirmed the claims of the German state.
