Shefqet Krasniqi will again face trial in January on charges of pushing to commit terrorist acts, inciting hatred, division or national, racial, religious and tax evasion.
KA LLXO.com learns that the hearing of this trial is scheduled on January 22nd.
At the session held on December 14th 2017, Shefqet Krasniqi was declared Innocent about the charges he was charged with.
The indictment states that the push for the conduct of terrorist acts, Krasniqi, carried out from 2013 to 2014, while the crime of tax evasion carried out from 2011 to 201.
Always according to the indictment, Shefqet Krasniqi, in the quality of the great mosque “Mehmet Fatih” in Pristina, consistently and deliberately distributed messages to the public, through his direct submissions to the public through various speeches, and using social networks and other information tools, through the harsh language and interpretations of the Qur'an verses outside the time context and principle of the Islamic spirit, has led others to take the path to the conflict zone in Syria and Iraq afterwards to carry out terrorist acts, and as religious groups of Muslims, promoting hatreds and other religious groups, which live in Kosovo.
Likewise, the high-ranking defendant, both taxpayer and business owner N.T. “Portat”, has concealed and avoided taxation, deliberately provided invalid data, as well as not stated to other relevant records regarding tax obligations, avoiding tax obligations worth 20,208.57.
