Berisha for Indexline has said he has prepared the complaint and has already handed it over to PZAP.
Berisha says this CEC decision has been influenced by what he calls the gangs that have taken power.
“I have prepared and handed over to PZAP the complaint about this CEC political decision, which I suspect is more rightly influenced by mafia gangs that have seized power”, Berisha has said.
Mula Descu, leader of the PZAP Secretariat for Indexline, has confirmed that a candidate from the Kosovo Initiative, the Prizren branch, has filed complaints in this commission.
Unlike yesterday, the CEC has made the decision to decertify Berisha, unable him to run in Prizren's mayoral race in local elections to be held on 22 October.
Berisha has called this decision political.
While, yesterday Valdete Daka, the CEC chairman, has been declared to have nothing against Berisha, but has only observed the law.
