The PDK branch in Lipjan, today, has made a criminal outcry at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina against Lipjan Mayor Imri Ahmeti.
This criminal threat of Lipjan's PDK links with misuse of official position or authority by Article 422 KPRK's.
The current mayor, using the official position, has made the decision no. 400-43900 on the 30.10.2104 for financial support of Kaltrin Neziri, Miss Kosova, for her trip to the Philippines to represent Kosovo in the beauty race. However, because of the failure to realise the travel, and high tides claim to have used them for dental fixing”, the Lipjan PDK reports.
According to the PDK, following the failure of the trip, by making legal violations, the president has not cancelled the decision, but the means he carried into the Caltrin Neziri account for using it for other purposes.
