Vetevendosje candidate for Kosovo Mayor Avni Zogiani writes that in this municipality, only in 2016 have half a million euros been spent on travel abroad, telephones, fuel and lunch, Periscopi broadcasts.
He writes:
I never understood why public and political officials have to buy money phones, drive out without any money tax programs, after which the account should be opened for fuel for their lives, and eat before the institution... They're paid for the work they do, why should they take away their expenses in their daily lives...?
For example, in Fushe-Kosov, I have about half a million of these costs in 2016. And about a million are two good quarters.
Anyway, on Fushe-Kosov, on October 22nd this practice changes dramatically...!
