Behxhet Pacolli's decision to join the “commanders” and to betray the coalition with Vetevendosje and LDK will give Kosovo a new government and an old government picture. The new government, which is dominated by 5 of Pacolli's ministers, out of the 4 deputies that have access to Kosovo, is an unentistical solution for Kosovo, since instead of producing a new policy, it is recycling all of Kosovo's old problems, from what former commanders have accompanied, to those that have accompanied guys like Behxhet Pacolli, who have taken the plane from Moscow to Belgrade, and then to Pristina, to stop the shell of Serbia from NATO and to make peace with Milosevic.

The cause was evidently Milosevic's brother, who was already Serbia's ambassador to Moscow, where Pacolli was involved in a corrupt tender for the reconstruction of the Russian parliament, internationally investigated for bribery to Jelcin's daughter.

Pacolli does not want to be a bad Albanian, but he wants to be rich, and as such has become in the corrupt East. Corruption holds you hostage and holds you hostage, and when you deal with issues greater than money, as it is, attitude toward your nation.

He wouldn't have come on a plane from Moscow to Kosovo, as if he weren't in between the Kremlin money and his troubled tender with Jelcin's daughter. He also wouldn't be as pro-orient and pro-professional as the corrupt leaders of the former Caucasus republics, especially Kazakhstan, as if he had not been used there as a court businessman.

And in this case, he acted like a merchant. When he saw that the two political blocks could not form the government, he bargained, sold his allies and went to “and went to the other side, taking in advance a large dowry.

The new government is already in the hands of Behxhet Pacolli and the Serb minority, while its three major issues, which must free Kosovo in Brussels, are the border issue with Montenegro, talks with Serbia, and the battle against corruption.

The only legitimate party within this coalition is the PDK, as it has had these points in the project. It has been for the ratification of the border with Montenegro, but Haradinaj vowed that blood would be shed if the meadows were touched, which are controversially lost from Kosovo territory. The PDK was also in favour of talks that started Hashim Thaci with Vucic, but Haradinaj and “Nisma” have rejected them as Kosovo's sale. The third battle, the one against corruption, I believe will embarrass anyone who talks about this government.

The fundamental question that this coalition has now is what unites it?

The programme does not, that for Kosovo's main goals, there are different attitudes. Political positions have not, since they have been in different pre-election coalitions.

“LISTA” Serbian and Pacolli.

Corruption seems the only motive that could push this new majority forward, but can turn Kosovo back.

Kosovo's new opposition will for the first time be a nationalist anti-altarity party, such as “Vetevendosje” and a traditional pro-European party like LDK. And this is the only good news, as expectations will be more in the opposition than in the government. The government will lose much time and energy to find language with Serbs and Pacolli. “The evil path, to take the double”, says an Albanian folk proverb. The commanders no longer have <x4seconds-5x5> virtually. But maybe they don't need it since they learned what money is.
