The State Chief Prosecutor's Office informs the public opinion that the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has accepted the report of the expertise of video-incisions of security cameras, in connection with the death of the late Astrit Dehari, which were provided by Prizren's Paraburg Centre, for the time interval of the 05.11.2016, from 00:00 minutes to 23:59.
The report has been accepted by the Republic of Austria, by the Federal Ministry of Interior, the Federal Criminals Enti.
Video injections (3 DVR) were sent in February to the “institute BKA” IT Forensics, Republic of Austria, Federal Interior Ministry, Federal Criminal Administration, to assess their authenticity, whether there were interference in them or not.
The report has found that all video recordings present time stamps and are also visible. During the transparency of the videos, the report has found that these are identical lengths and can therefore rule out the manipulation of video injections. The expertise report has also found that there has been no manipulation or disruption of videos.
The State Prosecutor after accepting the expertise report will assess and analyse all evidence and facts collected on this criminal case and will soon come up with the final decision on the matter.
