Shpend Ahmeti expresses condolences for Bajram Rexhepi's death

Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti has comforted Bajram Rexhepi's family after his death this morning.

Ahmeti, through a Facebook status, has said he worked briefly with Rexhepi and has also known him familiarly but in politics there have been major disagreements with him.

I worked briefly with Bajram Rexhepi in 2003. We've even known him familiarly. We've had major differences in politics. I believe that each individual's role will be appreciated by future generations and historians.

But today above all else, condolences for the family of Bajram Rexhepi” wrote Ahmeti.
