A verbal order has been issued to locate 1,500 people in safe areas”, reports Mass, which is close to Russian security services.
“The Order came from the Russian Emergency Ministry Regional Department”.
It was not clear where 1,500 people moved.
The Department of Civil Protection in Vladivostok was instructed to move residents living in the border area with North Korea.
