Former Kosovo soldier arrived today KLA, after 13 years of extradition to Serbia

Lekaj's brother, also known as Pinco, has told Gazeta Express that the Danish blood convicted by the District Court in Serbia for war crimes is currently located on Kosovo territory.
He has crossed the border with Serbia, in Merdare, around 18:30, and is heading for his hometown in Gjakova.
Pincho is being accompanied by his wife, and their 16-year-old son, who have come out to meet him at the border, after his release today, when he has completed all sentence pronounced by the Serbian court in 2005.
Gjaovar was arrested on 17 August 2004 in Montenegro, and was later extradited to Serbia to appoint the sentence a year later.
Former soldier of The KLA has served the sentence until the last day, without being granted any day.
In his conviction, the Serbian court claimed that the crimes, Anton Lekaj, led them under the command of former KLA commander for the Dukagjin Zone Ramush Haradinaj.
Under the indictment, 37-year-old, two days after NATO's intervention in Gjakova, committed the murder of one person and torture and rape of several other Roma community civilians and Ashkali and a Serb.
In interaction with Pinchon, according to the Serbian Prosecutor, there were five other KLA soldiers.
Four of them have been suspended, in the absence of the opportunity to bring them before the Serbian court, while the fifth, Besim Bistrazhini, is dead.
