Civil Emergency Director Shemsy Prenci during a working meeting in Tirana's Prefecture with fire leaders and local governments has warned of dangers in a not-so-long future from earthquakes and rains, reports Top Channel.
After hot summer, a dangerous problem arises. First, we must keep in mind that the period of earthquake re - repeat is time and limit defined. Prenci has requested readiness of the facilities even for rains that could affect the country after September. “We must prepare with the rains coming after a hot, dry summer, where the entire crust of the earth is troubled and face the first rain coming after September, with floods blocking the entire system of channels”, Prenci said.
