Arthur, born with an extraordinary Caesaric cut, but now it's paraplegic.
Yet, there is hope that he can recover.
Gynecologist José Carlos Olivéira, who is monitoring Arthur's progress, called his survival “a miracle happening before our eyes”.
“Today, he is paraplegic, but anything can happen in this child's life,” he said, adding that he had never seen such a case.
