The Syrian government has dismissed the White House charges today that the Syrian army is preparing a new attack with chemical weapons.
Syrian Minister for National reconciliation Ali Haidar, meanwhile, has dismissed the White House statement yesterday evening, warning Syrian President Bashar Assad's government not to carry out another chemical attack.
Haidar has told the Associated Press that US accusations are warning of a new diplomatic campaign against Syria at the UN.
The White House warned yesterday that Assad and his army would pay a high price if they decided to carry out another chemical attack.
