It has spoken of the important aspects of the adoption of this regulation, including entering into force seven days after today's decision, which says there is no legal obstacle to the establishment of charges by the Special Prosecutor's Office.
The Constitutional Court's specialised chamber found that regulating the procedure and evidence is in line with the Constitution of Kosovo. This decision is important to our institution in many ways. First, the Constitutional Court's Specialised Chamber decision guarantees that regulation includes the highest standards of human rights. Second, with the approval of the Procedure and Testing Adjust, the Specialised Chambers provide a strong system for protecting individuals who may be endangered because of their participation in procedures before Special Chambers. Third, with the entry into force of the Order, after seven days from today there will be no legal obstacle to taking any premutations or charges by the Special Prosecutor's Office”, says Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova's statement.

Otherwise, today, the Specialised Chamber of the Constitutional Court has declared a positive act of rewritten rules of the Special Court's Procedures and Evidences. Under this act, rewritten regulation rules in question are in line with the Kosovo Constitution.
