While over two million euros in expenses for several projects of the Food and Veterina Agency, also separated by ZKM, it has been money that has been budgeted and paid incorrectly, Koha Ditore writes today.
These are two of the many irregularities the National Audition Office (ZKA) identified in the ZKM audit report for 2016. These irregularities in spending the budget on the prime minister's office, the audience has also recorded in the 2011 report, but they have not been addressed by ZKM.
About the findings for 2016, neither the ZKM media office nor the outgoing government spokesman Arba Abashi and Faton Avdullahu have returned the paper since Friday last week.
And in the Auditor report, the ZKM management is said to have been reconciled to the audience's findings.
