This calls for detention for cases involving former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, his uncle, DSK chief Sasho Mijalkov.
These cases will be cases when the Criminal Court will be tested to establish justice in the country, which so far has not occurred since it has provided negative answers in PSP cases.
For cases mentioned above, the Criminal Court has decided to reject the detention measure and the same ones to pronounce the verdict in a measure of care and seizure of passports.
