The LDK ultimately decides: No coalition with PAN

Gazeta Blic sources have stressed that during today's meeting of the LDK Parliamentary Group, attended by some of the members of the leadership, decision has been made about the party's further steps in terms of forming institutions.

At this meeting it is said they will not enter into any coalition with PDK-AAK- NISMA. The decision has been made that they will by no means enter a coalition with PAN”, sources say.

Meanwhile, LDK Deputy Chairman Agim Veliu has confirmed this meeting for Gazeta Blic, but has said he has not been part of this meeting. During today the New Kosovo Alliance, which is a coalition in the LDK, has also gathered.

Even this party is unanimously no coalition with the PDK. Meanwhile, PAN continues to say they have the numbers for government formation. They even say that the Government will be formed within weeks. PAN MP Daut Haradinaj said yesterday that before 20 July, the government would be formed. According to him, Haradinaj Government will at least get 65 votes.

Also during today, the most voted MP in the June elections Vjosa Osmani in a television show has said she strongly opposes any coalition with PAN.

Osmani said the AKR and Alternatives also said they would not go with the PDK and PANU. “So far these two parties have said they will no longer go PAN, this remains to be seen even in the following days”, she said.
