KMDLNJ through a media communiqué has reacted to the insults and insults of Serbs in the case of the 628th anniversary of the Battle of Kosovo, which addressed Albanians, and considers that the so-called director of the Office for Kosovo Marko Djuric has had to be arrested and condemned according to the law for inciting hatred on ethnic grounds and contempt of the state of Kosovo, not protected by Kosovo police.
KMDLNj points out that Serbs who had come to Vidovdan's note have drawn hatred from Albanians and Kosovo using a Serbian and Russian iconography and a chauvinist dictionary, as well as denying the state of Kosovo as humiliating, its institutions on whose territory was the location of this chauvinist orgy of Serbia.
“How it can be tolerated Marko Djurovic, director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in the Serbian Government that preaches that Kosovo must return strongly to Serbia, that spread hatred and do not exercise patience, which states that after Vidovdan the Serbian government will show Serbian List how to act in terms of the political situation in Kosovo and that presents flagrant interference in the internal affairs of a normal state. At the same time, what about a citizen of Decani, who is being tried for inciting national hatred even though he is absolutely right in his attitudes and demands? We judge the implementation of dual international standards while silenced when our institutions implement double standards as if it were the case of Serbia's chauvinist debauchery in Gazimestan”, it says in response.
Moreover, KMDLNj considers that repeating the expression of hatred on the part of Serbs on every anniversary of the Battle of Kosovo is a legalisation of inciting hatred on ethnic and religious grounds, as well as an admission of the power of the state of Kosovo to prevent these shovinist escalations.
“The spread of this phenomenon is legal obligation and is illegal to implement double standards in the implementation of the law, as Kosovo Police did, certainly in the application of a political decision, in Gazimestan”, it is further said in response.
KMDLNI recalls that the Serbian Orthodox Church was inspiring and betrothed of the criminal acts of paramilitary, police and Serbian soldiers in Kosovo by cravers killed about 12,000 Kosovo citizens, 1 million were violently displaced, 120,000 houses, houses, religious, cultural objects, and thousands of Albanian women were violated.
Once, KMDLNj commemorates that as a result of the Serbian Orthodox Church's action and the Serbian chauvinist policy are over 1650 Kosovo citizens considered missing.
The implementation of double standards is also highlighted in dealing with suspects and war crimes convicts; Oliver Ivanov is held in house arrest suspected and convicted of very serious war crimes, while Sami Lushtaku, Sylejman Selimi and others are held in prison which is a gross case of misuse of the law by making differences on ethnic grounds and under political pressure”, KMDLNj points out.
To KMDLNj is unacceptable in the fact that Kosovo institutions, as well as political parties in Kosovo, did not react against this chauvinist orgy in Gazimestan, meaning they lack a human and political courage to demand law enforcement in the same way for all Kosovo citizens, regardless of ethnic, religious, racial, etc.
For failures in Gazimestan, KMDLNj seeks responsibility for those who have had to implement the law and in concrete cases have not, since they have become shareholders of a nationalist and chauvinist immorality that should have prevented him with all legal means.
“Tolerating these chauvinist actions, clouding the role of the state of Kosovo, and believing in the institutions of this state, legalising and empowering Serbia's presence in Kosovo, is encouraging the extremist Serb political forces in Kosovo, and marginalising even Serb citizens in Kosovo who accept the state of Kosovo, who want to integrate into society and refuse to accept the threats and blackmail of Serbia”, the KMDNI response reported.
