The blue headquarters thus recovers one of its bookies six years after the municipality passed over to the SP.
After the count ends for 84 boxes in total, the candidate DP Isa Sakya has won by 28 votes with more than candidate SP, Dorjan Murati.
A few months ago, the municipality was run by Elvis Roshi, fired from office because of the derimination law.
