Remembering that today we are celebrating in Europe's newest state, which gained freedom and independence with its sacrifice, Hajrizi-Rama stressed the US are the result of continued efforts by the American people to make society better democratic for all.
Moreover, she said she is in charge of Kosovo's future generations to continue working towards statehood, which is best done through the reinforcement of the rule of law, where no one is above the law and all without exception are under its control.
Rama-Hajriz has stressed that Kosovo today is ahead of a test of democracy for the establishment of institutions released from the June 11th elections, and that the constitutional rules cannot serve as a pretext to create obstacles in the process of establishing institutions.
The constitutional rules must be interpreted in the function of establishing institutions. Constitutional rules cannot serve as a pretext to create obstacles in the process of creating constitutional institutions that have emerged from the elections. The successful transition of this test will be additional indicator for the sustainability of our democracy and additional indicators of the dedication of all Kosovo institutions to strengthening rule of law. Only through this last one will Kosovo's future promise prosperity for its citizens”, Rama-Hajriz has said.
It has pledged that protection of fundamental citizens' rights and freedoms will be its main mission as Constitutional Court chairman and the mission of each local and international judge who are part of this court.
