BIK admits “misspelled” in the case of Lavdrim Muhramer

Kosovo's Islamic Community considers the case of announcing the death of the notorious militant member of the Islamic State group as its release. The Islamic Community Council in Kacanik had used the city mosque and microphones in its minaret to inform the community of the death of Lavdrim Mujarır.
At the mosque, reports were also made on behalf of his family to those who wanted to express their condolences.
Kosovo's Islamic Community spokesman Ahmet Sadriou has told Radio Free Europe that in the case of Lavdrim Muhger's death announcement on the part of the Islamic Community Council has been a unique case that has not occurred before.
In the case of Lavdrim Mujarır, it was a unique case. We haven't had such cases before, and the announcement of it has become general. There's been a drop in this case that I believe we'll fix in the future. I don't believe that in the future, in such cases, such an announcement will be made, and we will settle this issue. There will be no replay of these”, Sadriu said.
It has shown that it is the tradition of Muslims of Islamic faith that cases of death announce at the mosque, in this case the Islamic Community Council.
“Zaconally at the mosque goes to imam and it's a tradition that is required to announce the jam through a call called the hall or the house, which informs all citizens who have a death case and attend the funeral. It's a past” tradition, Sadriu says.
The Islamic Community of Kosovo, Sadriu has said, has taken steps towards the chairman of the Islamic Community Council in Kacanik, Florim Neziraj, who had used the city mosque to notify citizens of Lavdrim Mujarır's death.
Neziraj, Sadiku added, has been dismissed from the post of chairman of the Islamic Community Council in Kacanik.
“Florim Neziraj has been fired from the position of the chairman of the Islamic Community Council of Kicanik”, Sadriu has said.
Free Europe Radio has made efforts to contact Florim Neziraj, but has failed to get answers.
However, long ago Neziraj had told Free Europe Radio that he is aware of what he did and had said that he had also talked with Kosovo Mufti Naim Ternava about his case and actions.
“Normically, the Mufti didn't get well, but we do this for all citizens, and I didn't figure that something went wrong. This is where the family was, not the whore. Absolutely, I did a family service. So I did a service to my family and I don't feel like a mistake. I didn't regret this job.
Meanwhile, Florim Neziraj's move, according to religion's sociologisty issue expert Ismail Hasani, has caused deep indignation among Kosovo citizens.
In cases of such mortal announcements made at the mosque, Hasan says that the most important is the element of the ethical code of mankind, rather than eventually any non-determination of codes and rules of conduct within the framework of the Islamic Community of Kosovo.
The BIK's decision to sack the Kacanik mosque imam in case of its incidental action on Lavdrim Mujarır's death is taken correctly. No matter who with religious norms these things are not adjusted to whom the announcement of death or comfort should be called, however, our province has an ethical code that we need to adhere to, not only the common people, but also those who are religious leaders”, Hasani says.
Lavrim Muharnier, citizen of Kosovo's Kachanic, is said to have been killed during an air strike by the United States in Syria on the night between 7 June and 8 June.
