The president wants the dialogue to continue, Haradinaj wants to meet conditions for him to continue, and Kurti insists on redisaseing this process after his suspension for a period of a year.
The dialogue on normalising relations with Serbia began in 2011, when the government was headed by Thaci. Initially, he was of technical character, and then he progressed to political character.
