The eight other defendants of that judgment were acquitted after reading the indictment.
The group of nine indictees is charged by the Special Prosecutor that under I member's instructions SIS's Lavdrim Muharzier prepared terrorist attacks on Israeli players and fans who came to Albania to hold a football match on November 12th last year.
The prosecution claims that the communition was carried out using an internet app that was allegedly controversial.
The A.A. and L.G. have used the same app to communicate with Lavdrim Muhramer in order to carry out terrorist attacks within Kosovo during October.
