A rose near the village has been stolen after the war, and since then villagers have been living under candlelights.
And now we're out of electricity. We don't have a TV”, says a resident of one of the three families living in this village.
Village dwellers try to do housework before dark and lock themselves inside houses in candlelights and lamps.
For the Hour, we have no electricity or road. The night's going to 100 times”, says the house lady Zarifja.
They call on the municipality to provide residential opportunities in Kamenica, in the absence of basic conditions for village life.
The representative of the Tirana Local Community, Heset Berisha, says it has raised the concern of residents.
These guys need to find a shelter and get out of here. They don't have any houses nearby. The nearest they have the border with Serbia -- about 100m to 150m -- the only people they see are Serbian military and police”, Berisha said.
