Trump - concerned Macron after the U.S. President's statements about Jerusalem

French President Emannuel Macron has expressed his concern to US President Donald Trump about the possibility that the United States may recognise Jerusalem as Israeli capital, Macron's cabinet announced.

“Macron has confirmed that the issue of Jerusalem's status should be resolved within the framework of peace talks between the Israelis and Palestinians, in order to establish specifically two states, Israel and Palestine, who live peacefully and safely next to each other, with Jerusalem as a prestigious”, says the statement issued after a telephone conversation between Macron and Trump.
