Will the Special Court charges include Albania?

Kosovo has made an unsuccessful effort a few days ago to abolish the so-called Special Court, which will deal with Albanian crimes in the major war in the region. When Thaci, Haradinaj and Wessel, the first three state officials in Kosovo imagined they resolved or rather thought they completed the process of transitioning to Parliament for abolition, they failed. The quorum was not reached, and this may be called a wake - up of the last moment, apparently from the outside factor. In fact, there is still space within the legal part, to allow a parliamentary session where some MPs' request for its abolition is considered. So why is this unlikely to happen, because some red lines cannot be crossed.
While Kosovo is boiling for the move, even as the Parliament's winter holiday has been declared, Albania has taken it with much sport and even more indifference. So pronounced is this indifference to Kosovo that there was not even the slightest objection or response from official Tirana because Kosovo's flag was not on the basis of state flags, whose representatives Mrs. Mogher had invited me to Brussels a few days earlier.
Albania has been very involved in Kosovo's war with all its assets. But, in this case, facing the Court, the most valuable asset will be the human asset. There are many Albanian war individuals, who reached the highest hierarchy of the Kosovo Liberation Army, in addition to a large part of the national infrastructure that was put in defense of this war. It doesn't end here. Dick Marty has also filed several indictments for Albanian shelters, which Serbs have called organ transplant camps to captives, etc. Understandably, with that medical infrastructure that Albania had in those years, these hypotheses have disappeared, but cannot be said to have been closed. If that isn't enough, there is a new sequence of witnesses who are ready to testify and who can discover other realities. Of what usually happens in such wars.
In our speaking moments, Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, known as the Special Court for War Crimes in Kosovo, are active because they have received the approval of the Kosovo Assembly in 2015. That means against the great gullibility of Kosovo deputies who were signed and then proclaimed that they did not know what, the reasonable fear of Pristina's ruling VIPs that they will be arrested, but also the amullin that awaits Kosovo, this Court will act with all its license. It was enough to see the commitment of US Ambassador Delawi and British Ambassador O'Connell at midnight when it was said that the request of Kosovo deputies was prepared to understand the importance of the tribunal's functioning, but also the fact that a lot of money and infrastructure have been invested for this structure that should answer some pending things.
While Albania in all of this process has not only been distanced and repeats the protocol phrases for the Court but more is totally indifferent to its people. Despite the honour that Albanian militants have received in the Kosovo War from Pristina and fellow Kosovo fighters for their solidarity and dedication, it does not appear that there is any kind of special honor for them by the Government of Tirana. This means that Albanian fighters are quite vulnerable in the event of raising charges against them, but also thrown into the face of a very difficult legal reality. And when you think that Albania helped unconditionally, even through direct involvement in war, you feel sorry for those who might be faced. It is best to wish that there is no charge against them, for we may regret to conclude if it be for their country: they are forgotten as they are. /Javanews/
