Thousands of people woke up under zero temperatures and drivers were warned of dangerous conditions on the road, reports “Daily Mail”, the Periscope broadcast.



















Electricity networks in the western part of the country are involved in more than 14,000, and passengers leaving London's Luton airport were facing an average delay of about an hour.
The Flood Information Service has issued 14 warnings, where floods are expected and immediate action is required, as well as 96 warnings where flooding is possible and people must be prepared.
Matt Officer Simon Partridge's Meteorologist said: “We've had a rapid change of weather overnight with a cloud of heavy rain and snow that started south west and is gradually moving north and east of”. /Periscopi/
