Shukri Boja is nominated as one of the first special indictees, that's his reaction.

One of the KLA leaders, currently a member of the Kosovo Initiative, Shukri Buja, who is being described as one of the first indictees by the Special Court, contacted by the Blic newspaper has declined to comment on the issue.

Boya told Blic newspaper that she has no information and has not read the news, being surprised and refusing to comment.

He didn't even want to talk about his stand against this court.

Otherwise, it has become known in the media that Shukri Buja is listed in the first indictees by the Special Court, which will investigate war crimes in Kosovo by 2000.

Along with it are Azem Syla and Sokol Dobruna, as well as 60 other former KLA members, including state leaders like Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel.

We remember that in recent days, the Special Court has caused tension on the political scene in Kosovo, as 43 MPs signed a request for abolition, but an extraordinary session on the issue was not held after the quorum lacked at the helm of the assembly even after 2 attempts.

On this issue, prominent political faces in Kosovo have reacted, as have ambassadors who considered the issue a back knife for the US.

The first Special Court charges are expected to take place early in 2018.
