She said during a visit to the Commission for Missing Persons that Serbia has offered a major documentation to the Special Court and that no one will be able to say Serbia has not offered what is necessary and that there is no evidence for such judgments.
According to her, the War Crimes Prosecutor's Office started its job, but the problem is that Serbian judicial authorities are not available to lock them right.
The prosecution will continue to work on these cases, Kubovic said.
She in her speech claims that Serb victims did not receive justice before The Hague Tribunal, praising it as selective.
