If Brussels decides to have changes in the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, and if it includes former US Secretary Condeleza Rice, then the Serb side will have its own proposal.
They, according to reports by the Serbian media media, Informer, will require Russia to be included through its foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, Kosovo forwards.
It further says there is little possibility that there will be changes in the format of dialogue.
“If something changes in Brussels and America gets involved in dialogue, it would mean change of format and that Serbia would not allow the other side to win. Belgrade will also demand that Russia be mediator, practically Lavrov, who will oversee the movements and talks between Kosovo and Serbia on behalf of Russia”, refers to a source of Serbian media.
