Haskuka becomes the second president to come out of the last local elections since Thaci's photo is replaced in his office.
Xhafer Tahiri, the chairman of Vushtrria, which is part of the LDK, has earlier chosen that President Thaci rather than hold the picture of the event, Hasan Pristina, instead of the working wall.
