Luka: In 2018 tender is made for New Kosovo

Economic Development Minister Vadrin Luka held the weekend conference with journalists, where he unveiled his achievements and priorities for 2018.

Minister Luka has introduced the four main pillars of the Ministry of Economic Development, which are energy, mining, information technology and public enterprises.

He stressed that the first sector is energy, which is the ten-year strategy that envisions the five main goals, including energy stability, efficiency, renewable gas connections and anything that improves energy infrastructure.

Minister Luka has said implementing the project “New Kosovo”, in 2018, is expected to become tendering, as well as normally the financial package it must pass to the Kosovo Parliament, and the year 2018 will be a year for finding the preferred company to build the new thermal power plant.
